LAKE TAHOE MUSIC FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES DATES FOR 2009 CONCERT SERIES

The Lake Tahoe Music Festival tunes up for another unforgettable season, July 23 – Aug. 8, 2009 bringing its six-concert series to four scenic outdoor venues throughout North Lake Tahoe.

From blues to Bach and beyond, the Festival presents a variety of musical genres with accompaniment by the Reno Philharmonic Orchestra.  Previous artists include Dave Koz, Chris Botti, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Kenny Loggins and Craig Chaquico.  In addition to its summer concert series, the non-profit organization supports a yearly educational outreach program designed to enhance the education experience and provide performance opportunities for aspiring young musicians in the north Lake Tahoe area.
