Midwest Acoustic Music Festival Announces Line-Up For Fourth Annual Fest To Be Held Saturday, JUNE 28 In Elkhart Lake, WI

LINE-UP INCLUDES OWEN SARTORI, AMANDA SENA, ADRIANNE LENKER, DANE VARESE, SARAH VONDERHAAR, BRIAN MAZZAFERRI AND MORE

April 25, 2008 – Shannon Brunet, Founder and Coordinator of the Midwest Acoustic Music Festival, is proud to announce the line-up for the 2008 festival. The FREE, outdoor event will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2008, in the Lake Street Café beer garden, 21 South Lake St. in Elkhart Lake, WI.

“The festival continues to grow each season, gathering support from across the Midwest,” said Brunet. “After wading through hundreds of submissions and listening to thousands of songs, I am confident that this line-up not only represents some of the best, undiscovered talent the region has to offer, but is also sure to please discerning music fans of all ages.”

7:00 p.m.: Brian Mazzaferri – Chicago
6:00 p.m.: Sarah VonderHaar – Chicago
5:00 p.m.: AB & The Sea – Wisconsin
4:00 p.m.: Driftwood Fire – Colorado
3:00 p.m.: Sarah Pray – Minneapolis
2:00 p.m.: Dane Varese – Madison
1:15 p.m.: Drops of Blue – Chicago and Milwaukee
12:30 p.m.: Sly Joe & the Smooth Operators – Fox Valley
11:45 a.m.: Emily White – Chicago
11:00 a.m.: Casey Jones – Appleton

The Midwest Acoustic Music Festival was founded by Shannon Brunet in 2005 to garner attention for up-and-coming acoustic artists and provide a venue at which to celebrate and foster rising talent. Featuring 12 acoustic music acts from across the Midwest, MAMF became an instant success in its first year, with over 600 people in attendance throughout the day.
