Techno-Cultural Fest MRIDANG’10 – Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Technology

Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Technology (MAIT) affiliated to GGSIPU Delhi is organising its techno-cultural fest MRIDANG’10. It is a 3 day event from 11th to 13th March. This event is an endeavor of our college to unearth the true potential of our students may it be in the field of performing arts or that of oratory skills.

In the festival one will vie with other contenders to prove oneself best and so TECHSURGE is a veritable festival. The festival is being held this year with
a plethora of technical events like programming contests, web designing, quizzes and ever widening array of technical and informal events such as crosswords, gaming contests, etc.

MRIDANG 2009 was a successful and fun filled extravaganza which had a variety of cultural events,including battle of bands which had put the crowd’s dancing shoes to test and a blazing star night by BOMBAY ROCKERS.Their songs, ari ari ari and  teri to teri ta humesha yaad satave rocked the crowd to a never ending extent.

Various Events of the fest include :

Mega Events: Star Night, Group Dance, The Ramp Royale, Roadies Highway to Hell 2.0, Street Dance,LAN GAMING(The event draws gaming enthusiasts from all over the country. Over 200 people take part in it in a day.)

Cultural Events: Mr. & Ms. Mridang, Nach Baliye, Musical Odyssey,hair-o-smith,treasure hunt,FOOT LOOSE.

Sports: Overnight Cricket, Football, Adventure Sports

Literary Events: Debate, Sudoku/Crossword, Mock Placement, Bulls and bears

TECHNICAL EVENTS: line follower,technical paper presentation,f1 racing,bomb disposal.

There are ways in which you can associate with us and help us make it a memorable event. You can provide us sponsorship. The tangible benefits made available to our sponsors are:

* The name and logo of our sponsors will be displayed on all the publicity material.
* Space to setup will be provided at the venue of the event.
* Pamphlets and Leaflets of the company can be enclosed with correspondence, invitation and delegate kits.
* The support provided by our sponsors will be duly acknowledged by providing their logo and contact details on our souvenir magazine.
* Dedicated links to the sponsors website shall be provided on the MRIDANG website.

Sponsorship Details
Title Sponsors- Rs. 7,50,000

* Mridang 2010 would be as “Company Presentation”.
* Sponsors name will be on every publicity material.
* A full page advertisement in our souvenir magazine.
* Sponsors are welcome to suggest any other mode of publicity/benefits which can be implemented as per feasibility.
* Sponsors can also arrange for events of their own liking and as per its feasibility.

Associate Sponsors- Rs. 5,00,000

* Sponsors will be touted as one of major sponsors.
* Event specific sponsors will contain their logo.
* Sponsors will get an advertisement in the souvenir magazine.
* Sponsors gets a slot for presentation by company delegates.

Media Sponsors Company shall be expected to provide publicity media through features and advertisements. The scope of benefits shall vary according to the features/advertisements provided by the company.

T-Shirt Sponsorship- Rs. 80,000

T-shirts containing the logo of the sponsors will be worn on all days by the coordinators.

Display Stalls
Space for staging stalls/canopy will be provided.
Small stalls (6′ X 8′)- Rs. 15,000
Big Stalls (8′ X 12′)- Rs. 25,000

Event Sponsorship
